My name is Rosemarie Labadie and I’ve been serving the real estate community of the Crestline and the surrounding mountains since 2000.

 

I believe an agent is like a guardian angel guiding their clients through one of the biggest transitions in their lives. Be it a purchase or selling of a home, it’s a huge decision and puts the person on course for many years. So, I take my responsibility seriously and work with each client like they are my only client. I started my career At Century 21 Solymar in San Diego. On my very first day as an agent, my broker told me, “If you are fair and honest you will always do well in the real estate business.” I made that an office motto and lived by it for over 20 years. My family moved to Crestline in 2000 and we purchased our office building in 2003. I opened Crestline Real Estate in 2004 and have been serving the Crestline community ever since. In the 20 years I’ve been in the real estate business, I have listed and sold homes, foreclosures, vacant land, and a few commercial properties. My passion is listing and selling homes. I have been recognized as a top producer by the East Valley Association of NAR members.

In my spare time, I give back to the community that has given me so much. I host a backpack giveaway every year for all mountain school children. My dog Winston is in comfort dog training and will become a reading dog (a specially trained dog to help children learn to read). We will also be visiting hospitals and trauma centers. I am the American Legion Girls State Chairperson and I have been the secretary to the Crestline Lions Club and a former director of Kid Sight Vision Screening.
